1. How do I get fitting advice?
if you are not sure of your size please email us info@mayaswimwear.com or call (786) 216-7650 during business hours (M-F 10AM - 6PM EST)
2. DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, we ship via United States Postal International Express mail. International shipping times vary but it is usually 5 to 7 business days.
3. DO YOU SELL SEPERATES?
Yes, you can order seperate size tops and bottoms online. If you want to purchase a bottom or top alone please email us. info@mayaswimwear.com
If we have adequate stock of the style you desire we will sometimes sell separate pieces.
4. Do you accept returns?
No. We do not accept returns unless the merchandise is defective. However, you can exchange an item if it does not fit properly. (Please see our Exchange Policy for a more detailed description of our exchange policy and procedures and/or email us at: info@mayaswimwear.com
5. How long will it take to ship my order?
Domestic orders send via UPS ground normally ship out within 24 hrs. UPS next day air and 2nd Day Air normally ship out the same day if the order is received before 4pm EST.
6. How can I get on your e-mailing list so I am notified when you have special web sales?

Maya Swimwear LLC uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption to scramble credit card numbers and safeguard customer transactions. We also have taken the following types of security measures: use of technologies and policies such as limited access data-centers, firewall technology, secure socket layer certificate authentication and strict limitations on administrative access to our systems. In addition, it is our policy not to send your credit card number via e-mail.We designed mayaswimwear.com and buymaya.com to accept orders only from Web browsers that permit communication through Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology; for example, 3.0 versions or higher of Netscape Navigator and versions 3.02 or higher of Internet Explorer.
