EXCHANGE POLICY

REGULAR PRICE:

We will exchange your swimsuit for a different Size or Style or provide a Store Credit with 14-days of receipt of your order.

We cannot provide cash or credit card refunds. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who, in our opinion, makes excessive returns and exchanges.

All returns must be received within 14-days.

Return apparel must be unworn, unsoiled and in perfect condition, which includes the protective sanitary strip attached on swimwear bottom, items properly folded with all tags in place. We will ship all soiled, worn, laundered and damaged suits back to the customer, as we can no longer re-sell the merchandise. Apparel that has been soiled, mishandled, abused, wadded up, laundered or missing the tags will be returned to the purchaser. No credit will be issued and the purchaser will be charged for the return shipment and he or she will forfeit all claims.

Shipping and handling charges, as well as duties and fees, are not refundable.

Please enclose the Original Sales Receipt and apparel, as well as any gift with purchase.

All international sales are final. Customer is responsible for all applicable tax and duties. No returns are accepted on international orders.

Authorized exchanges are usually shipped within 48 hrs of receipt via USPS ground.

If the item you request is out of stock a maya representative will contact you to select another style /color.

We are unable to accept returns for items purchased at other retail locations or other websites.

We only provide Return Labels for Items purchased FULL PRICE otherwise, you may choose the shipping carrier of your choice.

The shipper must make all claims for packages lost or damaged in transit. Maya is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to forces outside of our control such as weather. Maya does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that a return package is lost, stolen or mishandled.

We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements at Maya’s sole discretion.

SALE & FINAL SALE:

Only regular priced items may be exchange for a different Size or Style or provide a Store Credit. Items found in SALE, FINAL SALE SECTION or those bought with additional discount (more than 15% OFF) are not eligible for return or exchange.

All final sale items received as returns or exchanges will be refused & returned to the customer at the customer’s shipping expense.

If the item you received is defective, it is eligible for store credit or replacement only. In this case, please see our return polices for defective/damaged items.

 

DEDECTIVE / DAMAGED ITEMS: 

Maya Swimwear values your satisfaction! If you believe you have received defective or incorrect merchandise (style, color, etc.), you must contact us within within 14-days of the shipment date. Damaged items must be unworn and repacked in the original packaging it came in.

No additional Shipping and handling charges will be incurred by the purchaser.

Please email us to info@mayaswimwear.com prior to returning your swimsuit including your order number & reason for exchange, the style number and size that you would like to be reshipped with in exchange and include a telephone number where you can be reached in case we need to call you to provide advice.

 

SPECIAL DISCOUNTS & PROMOS

ALL ITEM bought with a Special Discount are FINAL SALE, non-returnable or exchangeable.
